    How Outsourcing Creates American Jobs

According to the article that Vivek Wadhwa wrote was that outsourcing from the United States to other countries defying because the U.S itself has also benefited from outsourcing by foreign based companies. It is also a beneficiary in the field of outsourcing. There are other people who would think that the labour costs would probably impose that most of the work will run form the U.S abroad to the developing countries or to a cheaper cost nations. But it will not happen anyway. In fact, work that has been outsourced to the United States from the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Spain, Saudi, and the United Arabs Emirates. The small part of the largest percentage of oDesk work is going to contractors in India and United States is on the ranks number 3. The numbers of hours worked in the United States is increasing at a rate of 267 percent and it is faster than the number of hours worked in India because it just has 188 percent. The Indian workers are being paid about $11 per hour and the U.S workers are being paid for $17.50 per hour. But because of the higher performance evaluation for their work is an average of 4.48 out of 5 in comparison with the 4.12 for India. There are many reasons why it is happening. If a certain company really wants to provide a quality services to its U.S based customers, it must have a sales division in the United States in order for them to easily communicate and transact with their customers in the Unites States. They really have to do this one in order for them to surpass the language barrier and enable them to overcome the cultural differences. Some of the work in the field of technical especially those of the complicated technical work requires more educated, skilled and highly productive American workers. If a company has a sale sector in the United States which will provide an incentive in order to bring that incentive in more parts of the U.S. According to Wadhwa that keeping the sales and engineering on other sides of the world can attenuate product development. In the field of outsourcing, the time zones are very significant because most of the multinational companies are tying to sell in the United States. They want to improve efficiency by eliminating lack of overrun in working hours between American divisions and in other divisions which just only means that creating mopre jobs to the United States. Outsourcing is really a great strategy that a company or business must possess. It really provides a good strategic solution to reduce operating costs.
