Outsourcing is a U.S. job creator; not a job killer

The economists and government together with the business leaders are still talking about outsourcing. Most of the times, the discussion becomes heated due to the term that some people call it. They have been misappropriate the term outsourcing as the synonym for sending jobs overseas. They say the outsourcing is un-American. According to Donald Trump, an entrepreneur, television personality and possible Republican candidate for president in 2012, that he can strike at least 25 percent tax on imports from the country of China but what he is thinking is not just easy and it isn’t simple because it obscure the real issue about the outsourcing and job growth.

Outsourcing is considered to be a business action appointed in by private sectors and for the profit business people who are trying to obtain resources and the property at the possible lowest cost to them. Because of the lowest costs that the outsourcing provide, the United States businesses can provide their products in the world markets at a more reasonable prices.

There are times that outsourcing has been used as a business action of purchasing manufactured goods like the toys in China for sale directly to the U.S based costumers. What Mr. Trump said regarding the tax hike. It will be passed through the consumer. They say that the higher the tax is, it will be affected their jobs. The outsourcing industry has been going through out the world since the concepts of commerce has already began. In fact, in the numerical aspect, thirteen out of every 100 jobs in the United states are still there because most of the countries in the world is still outsourcing to U.s.

The Gross domestic Product in the U.S is almost 13 percent and it is larger than if it would be no exports included. They must boost outsourcing in the United States as a great strategy of reducing production costs and in staying their prices the most competitive and reasonable all over the globe. Exports for U.S services are an additional source of U.s jobs. They should embrace outsourcing by consoling their free-market businesses to buy not so expensive raw materials because they can look for it anywhere.

Outsourcing can fuel the economy of a country by boosting the different parts of the world to offer cheaper inputs in order for them to be better prepared to provide a quality services all over the globe with a lower and reasonable prices.
