    Site Director for Customer Service Center at Call Center Outsourcing Provider Sitel Receives Surprising Call from the White House


    Mr. John Munoz, the site director for call center outsourcing provider Sitel’s customer service center, located in Las Cruces, New Mexico was just experiencing a simple and typical day in its office at Sitel New Mexico when he shockingly received a call from the White House. When he answered the call he was extremely nervous. It was said that it was the White House calling, Muñoz was so hard to reach, they had to call a couple of times. It was an unexpected call, Muñoz has been invited to a meeting at the White House to discuss how to create more jobs, this is due to the role at the company as well as his additional role as president of the Hispano Chamber of Commerce de Las Cruces.

    About the discussion, it has been named “Champions for Change White House Event and it was put together by NDN, an advocacy organization.  To present detailed success stories  that come from the southwest border, the event will be held over the course of an entire day and it will allow the speakers in presenting it.

    To play a pivotal role at the highly anticipated conference,. Mayor Ken  Miyagishima nominated Muñoz. He said that he belong to a newly formed U.S. Mexico Mayors Border Alliance and they are asking to identify some businesses to go. He is not even  completely sure if he will get to meet the President of the United States.
